Rival Performance are always looking for the most efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions for our customers worldwide. We review and update our shipping options regularly to ensure the best balance of reliability, speed, and price.

Unless otherwise noted at checkout, no duties, tariffs, or import taxes are charged by Rival Performance at the point of sale, with the exception of orders to the European Union and the United Kingdom (where VAT is collected). It is likely this will soon also apply to the United States, once there is more clarity around recent changes by the US Government.

We currently offer flat-rate shipping to many regions, including Australia, New Zealand, North America, the United Kingdom, and most of Western Europe. For other destinations, rates are based on courier charges.

United States

  • Flat-rate shipping is offered.
  • Due to recent tariff changes, shipping to the United States is temporarily suspended.
  • Once shipping resumes, all new orders to the US will be subject to applicable tariffs, which are the responsibility of the importer (the customer). We are working to integrate these charges at checkout once government guidance stabilises.

European Union

  • Flat-rate shipping is available to most Western European countries.
  • If your country does not show flat-rate shipping, please contact us via the [Contact Page] to check availability. Many additional regions can be included, though some locations not regularly served by major couriers may require courier-based pricing.
  • Orders under €150: VAT is collected by Rival Performance at checkout under the IOSS scheme, so you will not need to pay VAT on arrival.
  • Orders over €150: VAT cannot be collected at checkout. Customers must clear VAT and any duties directly with their courier on arrival.

United Kingdom

  • Flat-rate shipping is available to all of the UK.
  • VAT is collected by Rival Performance at checkout (no upper order limit), meaning customers will not need to pay VAT on arrival.

Australia

  • FREE shipping is available within Australia.

New Zealand

  • Flat-rate shipping is available to New Zealand.
  • GST and import duties are not collected at checkout. Customers are responsible for any charges applicable on arrival.

All Other Locations

  • Shipping costs are based on courier rates to your location, calculated at checkout.
  • Rival Performance does not collect duties or taxes at checkout. These are the responsibility of the importer to clear with their local customs authority.
  • Most countries apply a de minimis threshold, meaning small orders may not attract duties or taxes. Please check your local import rules before ordering.
