Shipping & Taxes

Rival Performance is always looking for the most efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions for our customers worldwide. We review and update our shipping options regularly to ensure the best balance of reliability, speed, and price.

Free International Shipping is available for select countries on orders over $200 AUD. Eligible countries currently include: United States, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Spain, New Zealand, Denmark, Luxembourg, Czechia, Finland, Greece, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan. We are adding more countries as we confirm arrangements with our shipping partners. If your country is not listed, please contact us — we may be able to add it for you.

Unless otherwise noted at checkout, no duties, tariffs, or import taxes are charged by Rival Performance at the point of sale, except for:

• European Union orders under €150 - VAT is collected at checkout and paid via IOSS by Rival Performance. Orders over €150 will require clearance of VAT by the importer (customer) due to limitations imposed by the EU. 
• United Kingdom orders under £135 - VAT is collected at checkout and paid by Rival Performance. Orders over £135 will require clearance of VAT by the importer (customer) due to limirations imposed by HMRS.
• United States  - US Tariffs (10% for Australian goods) is applied and paid at checkout.

United States

• Free shipping on orders over $200 AUD.
• Flat-rate shipping applies to orders below $200 AUD.
• From 29 August 2025, all U.S. orders are subject to a 10% tariff, applied at checkout. Under U.S. policy, tariffs are the responsibility of the importer (the customer) for all goods imported into the United States.
• Our shipping provider has partnered with Zonos for clearing all US traiffs, so your order will arrive with no surprises. The calculation of applicable tariff is provided and paid at checkout and remitted by us on fulfilment of your order.

European Union

• Free shipping on orders over $200 AUD to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland, Spain, Denmark, Luxembourg, Czechia, Finland, Greece, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Sweden.
• Flat-rate shipping applies to other eligible EU destinations.
• If your country does not show flat-rate or free shipping, please contact us to check availability. Many regions can be included, though some locations not regularly served by major couriers may require courier-based pricing.
• Orders under €150: VAT is collected at checkout under the IOSS scheme, so you will not need to pay VAT on arrival.
• Orders over €150: VAT cannot be collected at checkout. Customers must clear VAT and any duties directly with their courier on arrival.
  
• For deliveries to Italy and Romania, until July 2026, a temporary local handling fee may apply depending on how the parcel is processed by the carrier, we work to minimise surprises and will always aim to keep charges predictable, however we currently have no way to pay this fee on purchase through IOSS and it is therefore the responsibility of the recipient to pay this fee on delivery.

United Kingdom

• Free shipping on orders over $200 AUD.
• Flat-rate shipping applies to orders below $200 AUD.
• Orders under £135: VAT is collected at checkout under the IOSS scheme, so you will not need to pay VAT on arrival.
• Orders over £135: VAT cannot be collected at checkout. Customers must clear VAT and any duties directly with their courier on arrival.

Australia

• Free shipping on all orders within Australia.

New Zealand

• Free shipping on orders over $200 AUD.
• Flat-rate shipping applies to orders below $200 AUD.
• GST and import duties are not collected at checkout. Customers are responsible for any charges applicable on arrival.

All Other Locations

• Shipping costs are based on courier rates to your location, calculated at checkout.
• Rival Performance does not collect duties or taxes at checkout. These are the responsibility of the importer to clear with their local customs authority.
• Most countries apply a de minimis threshold, meaning small orders may not attract duties or taxes. Please check your local import rules before ordering.
