Replace the stock foam stack in your G-RS load cell brake with solid, high-density TPU elastomers at a true 60A shore hardness, with no hollow cores or foam inserts. The pedal compresses smoothly at first, then resistance builds progressively as pedal pressure increases.

Why upgrade

• Progressive resistance. A clear initial pressure that builds steadily towards full braking force, giving you more range to modulate than the stock foam.

• Consistent return. The TPU recovers quickly when you lift off, which helps with trail braking and transitions.

• Five-year durability guarantee. TPU resists drying out and cracking far better than rubber or foam, and we guarantee it against degradation for five years.

Two ways to set it up

• Full stack replacement. Replace all three foam units. Same dimensions as the original part, with shorter travel and higher pressure for a traditional load cell feel.

• 2 + 1 progressive. Replace two foam units and keep one. More travel at the start of the brake application, building to higher resistance as pressure increases.
