We ship worldwide from Sydney, Australia. We review our shipping options regularly to get the best balance of reliability, speed and price.

Dispatch time

Orders typically dispatch within 1 week. During periods of high demand this may take longer. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your destination.

Free international shipping applies to orders over $200 AUD to these countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Taiwan. We are adding more countries as we confirm arrangements with our shipping partners. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will check whether we can add it.

Duties and import taxes

Orders to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union ship DDP (delivered duty paid) with DHL. Any duties and import taxes are either charged at checkout or cleared by DHL at the border, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. Prices for orders within Australia include GST.

For all other destinations, the buyer is the importer. Duties and import taxes are not charged at checkout, and any duties, taxes or fees charged on arrival are the buyer's responsibility.

Australia

United States

  • Free shipping on orders over $200 AUD.
  • Flat-rate shipping applies to orders below $200 AUD.
  • US import duties are calculated in line with US customs requirements and charged at checkout.
  • Your order ships DDP with DHL, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

Canada

  • Free shipping on orders over $200 AUD. Below $200 AUD, shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • Duties and import taxes are calculated and charged at checkout.
  • Your order ships DDP with DHL, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

European Union

  • Free shipping on orders over $200 AUD to Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.
  • Flat-rate shipping applies to other EU destinations.
  • Orders up to €150: VAT is charged at checkout under the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS).
  • Orders over €150: your order ships DDP with DHL, which clears import VAT and duties at the border.
  • Either way, there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

United Kingdom

  • Free shipping on orders over $200 AUD.
  • Flat-rate shipping applies to orders below $200 AUD.
  • Orders up to £135: UK VAT is charged at checkout.
  • Orders over £135: your order ships DDP with DHL, which clears import VAT and duties at the border.
  • Either way, there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

New Zealand

  • Free shipping on orders over $200 AUD.
  • Flat-rate shipping applies to orders below $200 AUD.
  • GST and import duties are not charged at checkout. Any charges on arrival are the buyer's responsibility.

All other locations

  • Free shipping on orders over $200 AUD to Japan, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland and Taiwan. Elsewhere, shipping is calculated at checkout from courier rates to your location.
  • Duties and import taxes are not charged at checkout. They are the buyer's responsibility to clear with their local customs authority.
  • Many countries apply a de minimis threshold, so small orders may not attract duties or taxes. Please check your local import rules before ordering.
